This is a great package to learn Mexican cooking on a farm located 5 miles outside Tlaxcala, Mexico! Your host will be Estele. She will along with her staff will take great care of you! You will learn traditional Mexican dishes. These are dishes that were passed down from her family.This will be a hands on experience. Classes are small with 4-6 students. Classes will be conducted in English but Spanish and English combination can be requested. Classes are designed to level of expertise of the student.
